Protests vs. Felonies: The Truth About Tesla Arson Incidents

My friends, NBC wants you to believe setting Teslas on fire is an “apparent act of protest.”

But it’s actually an apparent felony.

You see, protests are legal — and destroying property is illegal.

Here in Indiana, torching a Tesla could land you a Level 6 Felony, a $10,000 fine, and a cozy stay in the clink.

For years, I’ve offered a public service to those confused about the difference between a protest and a riot.

Protests involve signs, chants, and free speech. But your protest becomes a riot when fires are lit, cars are smashed, and violence erupts.

And when violence is used to intimidate others for political ends, congratulations — you’ve graduated from rioter to domestic terrorist.

This has been a public service announcement from The Todd Huff Show.
